Platinum dishes labwares have a good resistance to acids like acetic, hydrochloric, hydrofluoric, hydroiodic, nitric, selenic, and sulfuric, and to oxidation at high temperatures. Platinum dishes can be cleaned by boiling in a suitable solvent. For the removal of substances which have alloyed with the surface, scour with alumina powder.
The dishes labwares are available in standard and evaporation forms, in purity up to 99.95%. Our evaporating dishes can be supplied with reinforced tops or bottoms as well as covers/ lids.
