WD-2309A is intelligent fully automatic laser particle size analyzer, adopts the top-of-art MIE scattering principle and Fraunhofer diffraction principle, an integrated model of wet and dry dispersion system. With highly sensitive and high-resolution photoelectric probe, imported Canon brand lens optical path ensure the good accuracy and repeatability of particle size distribution data. It’s widely used in industrial production quality control departments and research institutions.

1. Wet and dry, unique separated dispersion module
This instrument integrated wet and dry dispersion test in one, successfully resolved the problem of dry and wet technology integration, realize one key to switch.
2. Intelligent fully automatic and manual operation system
Support to choose automatic mode which is easy and simple for new beginners, with SOP operation.
3. Optical path design
Using the patented technology of Fourier transform of convergent light, the large-angle scattered light is not limited by the aperture of the Fourier lens, the focal length is shortened to the shortest, and the dual laser orthogonal light use auxiliary semiconductor laser to expand the measurement range by enlarge scattering angle from 45 degrees to 135 degrees. The resolution capability of the instrument is effectively improved, and the measurement range can be changed without changing the lens. Sealed optical path has an excellent dust-proof performance.
4. Automatic optical path alignment system
The system be composed of precise four phase hybrid stepper motors, the inching precision can reach micron-level, make optimum optical paths to ensure accurate and stable test.
5. Full built-in sample dispersion system
Combined mechanical stirring, ultrasonic dispersion, and circulation path as one, it ensures particles uniform dispersion and distribution, avoids many bad phenomena such as uneven distribution of particles, large particles deposit because of the long outer dispersing system tube, and guarantees the meaningful of test result.
6. Instrument software
Original software with patented technologies can collect scattering data during the whole measurement process. It can automatically resolve multi-modal particle groups, and is not restricted by any functions. The analysis results completely depend on the distribution of the scattering spectrum, which maximizes the fitting accuracy and truly reflects the particle size distribution status of all samples. Particles below 2µm are tested in twelve particle size classes with extremely high physical resolution.
